Our Classes
Balance the Countryside Gym is a co-operative of dedicated trainers, offering excellence across a wide range of disciplines. We are a community of instructors supporting a community of clients, both in person and online.
Our base in Timsbury allows instructors to teach in real time, while also providing Zoom sessions or recorded classes to suit your schedule. All our instructors are listed here, with their contact details, so you can find the perfect class or discipline for you.
Need space for your own sessions? You can hire our facilities for personal use, or if you’re a trainer seeking a new home for your classes, we’re here to help.
